I bought the wrap because I have had a nephrostomy and I wear it on the kidney (they have not lowered it to the leg). The thing is that at first the wrap is very comfortable and fulfills its function of holding the weight of the bag g that does not hurt when hanging. The thing is that when walking the wrap rolls up and moves so that the hole through which passes the bag is unhooked and pulls it and ends up causing pain. I bought the size recommended for my size. Maybe for other people it is comfortable but for me it has not fulfilled its function.
