What should I do to return the item back?
To guarantee traceability, medical items such as sprays, wipes and creams are not subject to return and cannot be refunded, underwear items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasonstherefore we advise you to make a careful selection of the medical items before purchase.
You can make a return during a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
To proceed with the return of an item with which you are not satisfied, we offer two options: through our transport company, or through a post office or any other carrier (eg: Seur, Nacex,UPS, etc.) if it is more comfortable for you.
If you choose to do it through the our transportation carrier, the return will be free of charge for Spain Mainland Only. Otherwise, you will have to bear the costs of the return.
Prepare your package for the return using the original packaging that we sent, with the item in the same conditions in which it was sent, with its original labels and without it having been used. Do not forget to include the full Return Form.
As soon as we receive the return request, we will send a shipping label that you must paste in the box.
You must deposit the shipment within a maximum period of 3 working days from the date we receive the Return Form.
Once received in our warehouses, we will verify that the item is in the same conditions in which it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original labels and its original packaging. Once we have verified the product we will proceed to refund the payment. by the same method or credit card in which the payment was made.

If you choose to do it through Correos, the return will be free for you (only Peninsula) as long as the shipping costs have been previously paid. Otherwise, you will have to assume the costs of the return.
