Shipping Policy
How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery of orders is 3-5 working days from the time the order is placed (UK & Ireland). All shipments will be made by our transportation carrier.
If for any reason the order had to be delayed we will contact you to let you know.
Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and is expressly accepted by the parties.
What is the shipping cost?
For purchases over or equal to 49 ? shipping costs are free (Spain Mainland), for purchases below this threshold the shipping cost will be broken down in the summary of your purchase on the final payment screen.
International deliveries?
All international shipments have a cost according to destination, these will appear broken down on the payment page.
Shipments over 100€/£ within the EU will be free.
How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery time of the orders is between 2-4 working days from the moment the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments; Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded).
If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you as soon as possible.
Once the order has been made, no modification is allowed in the shipping address, unless the customer runs with the expenses and is expressly accepted by both parties.
What is the shipping cost?
For purchases greater than or equal to 50 ?, shipping is free (Peninsula), for purchases below the cost of shipping in Peninsula is 4.99 ?..

International shipping?
All international shipments have a cost according to destination, these will be broken down on the payment page.
Shipments over 100 ? within the EU will be free of charge.
Shipments to the European Union
Orders placed for countries within the European Union are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times are:
- Western Europe(France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria): 3–5 business days
- Central Europe(Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary): 4–6 business days
- Northern Europe(Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia): 5–7 business days
- Southern Europe(Italy, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Malta): 4–7 business days
- Portugal: 2–4 business days
- Ireland: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, local holidays, carrier issues). Free shipping applies to orders over €100 within the EU.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, except in the case of personal hygiene products that have been unsealed.
