Nice, but not quite what I'd hoped for

Having bought four ostomy wraps, I had high hopes to finally begin wearing underpants again. But for folks with higher-than-typical stomas, this product is still not long enough to both cover the stoma AND fit comfortably as panties, especially if you're not as skinny as this model: I have to choose one or the other, which defeats the purpose of my purchase. Also, it would be nice if the overall fabric were softer and the panties had thicker cotton fabric at the crotch. Finally, when I've ordered a customized size with "pockets," the center seam works to try to tear off the appliance (especially worrisome for sleep); the single pouch feature is far preferable! I hate to rate anything from Ostocare negatively; perhaps you'll take these well-meaning comments as guides for improving this potentially life-changing product. Thank you!
